- rogerandfrances.com In addition to being accomplished photographers, Roger Hicks and Frances Schultz are excellent teachers of photography. I can't reccomend their books highly enough. The website has two tiers, and a wealth of free tutorials. For a fee (reasonable, but not trivial) one can have photos critiqued.

- Focus on Photography A really nice forum/informational website on photography basics.
- LightZone My preferred editing application. It's smaller than Photoshop, all edits are non-destructive, and take up less than 500kb.
- CAPA Photo My father's website. If you're in East Tenn. and want wedding, or portrait photography think about calling him.
- photocritic.org Tips, tricks and stories
- Photo.net Forum, with free, and paid, features. A good place to talk shop.
